Glyn Chadwick
I have always been interested in aviation and became a Flight Engineer in the RAF on C130s. After leaving the RAF I became an ATPL instructor then a Flight Crew Training manager for a number of airlines including BA CitiExpress, Gulf Air, NetJets and Thomson Airways. Latterly I have been a consultant working for a number of airlines, business jet operators and ATOs including CAE, Aeros and Airways Aviation. I helped form evoATPL and became its CEO developing our portfolio of training.

Graeme Wood
I became interested in aviation at a very young age and became a RAF Flight Engineer flying the C-130 and then the VC-10. I left the RAF after 22 years and flew the classic 747 freighter for Atlas Air and then Dragonair. I joined Oxford Aviation Academy as a CBT writer and then as a Ground Instructor in 2009/2010. CAE took over and moved the ground school to Gatwick, so I was then made redundant and became part of evoATPL. During my time at Oxford, I was an SME for Principles of Flight, Aircraft Performance and Mass and Balance. I was also Deputy Chief Ground Instructor towards the end of my time at Oxford.

I joined the RAF as an apprentice technician. Later, I started flying as a Flight Engineer in 1981. My flying hours are mainly on the C130 Hercules, I also flew the Tristar L1011 and Nimrod MR2. In 1990 I did a spell as the Senior Ground Instructor at the Flight Engineer training school. I resumed flying 4 years later and spent time on the Hercules Operational Conversion unit as an Instructor/Examiner both in the Air and Simulator. After leaving the RAF I joined the Qatar Aeronautical College and spent 8 years teaching Qatar Airways Pilots. After my contract there ended; I assisted forming evoAtpl and got involved in producing the courseware.
